Data Collection & Integration

Gather and integrate data from multiple eCommerce platforms like Shopify
-
Maintain and enhance data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Combine data from internal sales databases, CRM, and third-party sources to create comprehensive sales reports.

Analysis & Reporting
-
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, product performance, and market opportunities.
-
Develop and automate regular dashboards and reports for the sales team, focusing on KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

Identify gaps, risks, and areas for sales growth based on data-driven insights.
-

Collaboration & Communication
-
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide tailored analyses that inform their strategies.

Present findings and actionable recommendations in clear, concise, and visual formats to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support the development of sales campaigns and expansion strategies with targeted data insights.

Data-Driven Opportunity Identification

Use segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling to identify upselling, cross-selling, and new market opportunities.

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and recommend adjustments for optimal performance.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on eCommerce analytics best practices, tools, and industry trends.

Propose and implement enhancements to analytics processes, data quality, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment.
-
Advanced proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/reporting tool
-
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering actionable recommendations.
-
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
-
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
-
Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools is an advantage.
Qualifications will be assessed

Experience in developing cross platform applications in C# & Xamarin.

Experience in a PostgreSQL database

Experience in ORMs, Entity Framework, Nhibernate, Dapper.
